David Guy Van Bebber Jr. is the son of a Southern Baptist Pastor from Kansas; he gave my life to Christ when he was 6 years old. He is the committed husband of Valerie, and father of four children (Jonathan, Evie, Violet, and Elisha Guy). David is a decorated veteran of the US Army Reserves. He served honorably for 8 years and achieved the rank of Sargent E-5 (Noncommissioned Officer). David has labored in Pastoral Ministry for nearly 20 years before coming to Linn Valley. He currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Spurgeon College in Kansas City, MO. Where he teaches in the Communications Department. Besides pastoring, David has taught at Missouri State University, Ozarks Technical Community College, and State Fair Community College. He formerly served on the Board of Trustees at Southwest Baptist University. David has authored and contributed to four books and contributed to the Christian Apologetics ministry TAG You’re It!
Most importantly, David was saved by grace, and he loves God’s Word with all of his heart. He is always excited to discuss Scripture and teach Scripture.
